This role involves producing comprehensive architectural documentation in collaboration with Project Architects while managing consultant interactions throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Design Development and Construction Documents efficiently

• Produce architectural models and drawings using Revit

• Oversee consultant documentation coordination

• Assist with building code compliance and permit applications

• Participate in quality control and project delivery processes

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architectural Technology or relevant field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an architectural practice

• Strong skills in Revit and BIM methodologies

• Knowledge of construction systems and building codes

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
