Position: Production Designer for Beauty Packaging
Join Bushbalm as a Packaging and Production Designer and make your mark in the beauty industry. Collaborate closely with creative teams to create engaging retail displays and packaging solutions.

In this role, you will be a key player in Bushbalm's design efforts, focusing on innovative packaging and product mockups. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience and a strong understanding of CPG design best practices. You’ll work with the Product Development team to ensure brand consistency and technical precision in all designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop packaging and display concepts for skincare products

• Maintain brand identity across consumer touch points

• Manage and organize design assets and specifications

• Quality check print proofs for accuracy

• Adhere to regulatory requirements for packaging

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Design

• 3+ years experience in packaging design

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• Knowledge of print production processes and colour theory

• Effective communication and presentation skills
