Our client, an established architectural practice in British Columbia, seeks an experienced Architect to manage diverse projects. Here, you'll be instrumental in overseeing design, technical documentation, and project delivery from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects through all design and construction phases
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project deliverables
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams effectively
• Prepare and review design and construction documentation
• Mentor junior staff and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
• AIBC Registered Architect preferred
• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit software
• Strong knowledge of BC Building Code and permits
• Must be willing to relocate to BC's Interior Region
