Advanced BIM Specialist

Enhance your career as a BIM Specialist with Capital Crossing Constructors contributing to the Alexandra Bridge Project. Lead and ensure the quality of BIM processes and models throughout this transformative initiative.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, this role involves overseeing the development and coordination of BIM models while adhering to industry standards and project specifications. You will engage with diverse teams to ensure model accuracy, perform clash detection, and manage BIM deliverables. Your contributions will support vital infrastructure improvements between Ottawa and Gatineau.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM models throughout project life

• Ensure delivery complies with BIM Execution Plans and project standards

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM activities and clash detection

• Generate construction documentations from BIM models

• Maintain version control and model integrity in libraries

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil, Structural, or similar technical field

• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience in large infrastructure projects

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD

• Familiarity with BIM standards and coordination practices

• Experience working with diverse project stakeholders
