Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product design for key features

• Clarify ambiguous problems through proactive engagement

• Collaborate with PMs and engineers for quality solutions

• Conduct customer interviews and synthesize feedback

• Design complex workflows for AI-driven processes

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in workflow-driven software design

• Strong skills in product thinking and interaction design

• Proven ability to own features within a broader strategy

• Excellent communication and judgment skills

• Comfort engaging directly with users
