Registered Architect for BC's Interior

Our client is searching for a seasoned Registered Architect to manage a diverse project portfolio. With a minimum of five years’ experience, you will oversee project design and construction phases while mentoring junior staff. This role allows for substantial interaction with clients, enhancing project ownership and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of design and construction

• Ensure project schedules, budgets, and deliverables are met

• Lead multidisciplinary consultant team coordination

• Develop and review design packages and documentation

• Maintain strong client relationships through meetings

Requirements:

• Registered Architect with a relevant Canadian association

• 5+ years’ experience in architectural project delivery

• Expertise in Autodesk Revit

• Knowledgeable on Canadian building regulations

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
