As a Senior Project Architect at HDR, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams to drive project success from concept to completion. You'll oversee the design and ensure excellence across a diverse portfolio, engaging directly with clients, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. This role demands strong communication and project management skills to navigate complex challenges in architectural design practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams throughout the lifecycle

• Establish and maintain strong client relations

• Develop, implement, and seek approval for project work plans

• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders

• Review and approve architectural documents for compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

• Minimum of 10 years of experience

• Registered Architect status

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
