Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate drawing revisions with consultants and trades

• Ensure documentation supports permitting and construction activities

• Collaborate with Permit Coordinators on municipal feedback

• Manage and archive departmental documents and drawing packages

• Update working drawings using AutoCAD and design software

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field

• Experience in project coordination is a plus

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication and stakeholder relationship skills
