Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from early design to construction completion
• Develop project schedules and control budgets
• Coordinate with diverse consultant teams on tasks
• Draft and review design packages and documentation
• Guide technical quality assurance processes
Requirements:
• OAA, AIBC, or equivalent registration with 5+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• Understanding of Canadian building practices
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Relocation to British Columbia’s Interior desired
