- Develop infrastructure and capital planning initiatives
- Establish functional requirements for major infrastructure projects
- Coordinate conceptual planning before project delivery
- Lead planning initiatives through all development phases
- Experience leading complex infrastructure planning initiatives
- Significant experience in master and infrastructure planning
- Experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Professional credentials in planning, engineering, or architecture desirable
- Advanced English oral expression, comprehension, and writing abilities
