Apply architectural design and drafting skills to AI research with Mercor, using AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or comparable tools on your Mac.
Mercor seeks architectural designers, architects, and civil engineers for a research project with a leading AI lab. You will complete real design workflows, explain decisions, and help benchmark advanced AI models. The work suits postgraduate students and professionals with relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete real architectural and civil engineering design tasks
- Work through drafting workflows on your Mac
- Narrate design decisions clearly during tasks
- Create high-quality training data for AI models
- Support benchmarking and improvement of AI models
- Own a Mac with Apple M-series or Intel processor
- Run macOS 15 or higher
- Hold a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Use Mac-compatible tools such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or Rhino
- Have postgraduate study or two to three years’ experience
Use architectural drafting, design communication, and Mac-based software skills to support Mercor’s AI research project part time.
