Lens Crafters is part of Essilor Luxottica, a global leader in vision care products. We’re looking for an independent Doctor of Optometry to join a Lens Crafters Subleasing practice as an Associate Optometrist.

You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. The practice model, pay, hours, and terms of agreement are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

• Provide high‑quality optometric care and service to patients.
• Operate within a fully furnished office equipped with OD equipment and advanced digital eye examination technology.
• Work independently with full scope of practice under the discretion of the Subleasing Doctor.
• Manage patient appointments using an automated online appointment book and recall system.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients.
• Full scope of practice with no company‑imposed restrictions or quotas.
• Flexible scheduling, including part‑time commitments or adding work to an existing practice schedule.
• Access to the latest technology such as Clarifye and Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System.
• Competitive bonus and/or commission plan.

Employee pay is determined by factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
