Internal Medicine Physician in Neurology

You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team at Health Sciences Centre, delivering comprehensive inpatient medical management for patients with neurological conditions. Experience in General Internal Medicine is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with neurology specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care exclusively within the Neurology Program

• Conduct daily ward rounds and manage patient assessments

• Coordinate investigations and take part in family meetings

• Offer onsite call coverage as needed

• Work collaboratively with neurologists and the interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution

• Completion of residency in General Internal Medicine

• Eligible for licensure in Newfoundland and Labrador

• Certification in Internal Medicine or equivalent

• Interest in neurology is a strong asset
