This term position requires 21 hours per week for maternity leave coverage, beginning December 1, 2026. You will collaborate with diverse health professionals while benefiting from excellent support and resources. Skills in community-based care, effective communication, and working with diverse populations are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary health care in a community setting
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary health professionals
• Document patient care using electronic health records
• Teach medical students and family medicine residents
• Participate in occasional evening shifts as needed
Requirements:
• Medical degree and family medicine residency
• CCFP Certification or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years in family practice
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate in French or other languages is an asset
