This pivotal role directly reports to the CEO and is responsible for managing a comprehensive portfolio of practice-support products and educational offerings. You will implement strategies aimed at enhancing the value provided to family physicians while generating substantial non-dues revenue. Candidates should blend business strategy with a robust understanding of clinical contexts in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage educational programs and practice-support services
• Ensure strong financial outcomes for diverse initiatives
• Implement strategic practice guidelines and resources
• Foster community-building and member engagement
• Guide business development efforts for the CFPC
Requirements:
• Must be a Certified Family Physician (CCFP) with extensive leadership experience
• Solid grasp of family medicine and healthcare systems
• Demonstrated skills in business development and leadership
• Proficient communicator with strategic planning aptitude
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
