A leading aviation training company is seeking a Training Development Lead in Ottawa to enhance training for Royal Canadian Air Force pilots using the Pilatus PC 21. As a subject matter expert, you will integrate training solution components and collaborate with instructors and Courseware Instructional System Designers. Successful candidates will possess extensive flying experience, preferably as an RCAF Qualified Flight Instructor, along with strong communication, technical and leadership skills.
