:This course is designed to help students learn about individuals who have an illness, impairment or disability and their experiences in the health care system. Examination of the theoretical and empirical foundations for understanding and evaluating these experiences.

- Master’s-level degree in health sciences, rehabilitation sciences or equivalent
- University-level teaching
- Health research knowledge
- Training and demonstrated experience in the following areas: theoretical models of disability, theoretical models of quality of life, evidence of health research in the field of rehabilitation sciences.
