** Requirements:**Étude approfondie par dossier maître de sujets spécifiques et d’actualité liés au droit notarial. Dossier maître en droit immobilier (portion droit agricole et transfert inter-générationnel). La Faculté de droit, Études Supérieures, veut recruter des professeurs à temps partiels qui sont des leaders dans la profession juridique. Pour ce cours, un LL.L. ou un LL.B. ou un LL.M en droit notarial ou leur équivalent est nécessaire.

Le candidat ou la candidate doit aussi être membre en règle de la Chambre des notaires du Québec. Il ou elle doit aussi avoir une expérience significative et pertinente ou détenir un diplôme d’études supérieures dans le domaine concerné. Le fait d’avoir une expérience d’enseignement dans une faculté de droit est un atout.
