The general objective of the workshop is to increase the participants' facility with and confidence in their use of oral English in a relatively informal and relaxed atmosphere. The level of the English workshop in Oral Communication Skills depends on the level of the majority of participants who register. OLBI reserves the right to cancel any course with insufficient course enrollment.

From May 26 to May 29, 2026, Tuesday to Friday 9:00am to 12:00pm. Please note that this course is given in person.

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.

These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements:

B.A. with specialization in a field relevant to the teaching of L2 English or Higher Certificate in L2 English Teaching. Two years of experience teaching ESL at the college and/or university level. Previous experience teaching this course or an equivalent ESL course.

Experience with heterogeneous group.
An acceptable level of education/experience may be considered equivalent to the required training and/or demonstrated experience.
