The instructor will effectively deliver Saskatchewan curriculum content to students registered in Adult 10 and 12 programming. Instructional areas may include 10, 20, or 30 level courses in English Language Arts, Indigenous Studies, or other courses as assigned. The instructor will ensure program learning objectives are met and students remain engaged and motivated to learn. The overall goal is to create a positive and successful learning environment that fosters student achievement and success.
This position reports to the Senior Coordinator, Adult Basic Education.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor of Education degree and be able to teach 30 level English, Indigenous Studies, and elective courses. Must hold a valid Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate and be eligible to register with the Saskatchewan Professional Teachers Regulatory Board (SPTRB). Minimum experience required: 1‑2 years.
Minimum education:
University Bachelor's Degree.
