TACCO Course Instructor at CAE

As a TACCO Course Instructor, you will utilize your expertise in operational training for aircrew students. This role emphasizes your proficiency in instructional techniques, anti-surface warfare, and weaponeering effects delivery. You will conduct both synthetic and live training sessions, ensuring a high standard of education for the students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver CQ-9B Tactical Coordinator course instruction
• Provide SME support for Pilot and Sensor Operator courses
• Compile detailed student progress reports
• Create and enhance multimedia instructional materials
• Perform occasional travel to fulfill training requirements
Requirements:
• Experience as a TACCO instructor, preferably on CP-140
• Training in Instructional Techniques and quality standards
• Proficient in Link-16 and weaponeering
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eligibility to work in Canada with security clearance
