As the Team Lead at PIPSC’s National Office in Ottawa, you will oversee the Education team, driving the design and delivery of impactful programs.

Your role is vital in fostering an inclusive learning environment and ensuring educational initiatives align with member needs and organizational objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices and support member engagement through innovative educational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set strategic priorities and manage workload for education initiatives

• Lead the creation of workshops, webinars, and e-learning content

• Maintain high standards for educational quality and effectiveness

• Guide team members in instructional design and learning methodologies

• Evaluate programs and recommend enhancements based on participant feedback

Requirements:

• Degree in education or a related discipline

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English

• Strong understanding of e-learning and program evaluation

• Dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion in education
