:Assessment of health needs and development of programs to address them. Review types of existing programs as well as strategies for marketing, implementation and promotion. Key program evaluation concepts will include: structure, resources, process, outcomes, efficacy, efficiency, relevance.

- Master’s degree in health sciences or equivalent.
- University-level teaching
- Health research knowledge
- Training or demonstrated health research in the following areas: health promotion, public health, health program evaluation
