La Faculté de droit, Section de droit civil cherche à recruter des professeur.es à temps partiel qui se distinguent par leur expertise et qui jouent un rôle de premier plan dans la profession juridique. Pour enseigner ce cours, le ou la candidat.e doit :

Détenir un LL.L. ou un LL.B. (ou leur équivalent);Être membre en règle du Barreau du Québec, du barreau d’une autre province ou de la Chambre des notaires du Québec;

Avoir une expérience significative et pertinente dans le domaine concerné par ce cours et/ou détenir un diplôme d’études supérieures dans ce domaine et/ou avoir contribué à la recherche par des publications académiques démontrant une expertise reconnue dans ce domaine;

Le fait d’avoir une expérience d’enseignement universitaire dans une faculté de droit est un atout.À sa discrétion, la Faculté se réserve le droit de sélectionner un.e postulant.e ne répondant pas entièrement aux critères de l’affichage si sa sélection serait dans l’intérêt du programme, du cours ou des étudiant.es ou en raison d’une autre justification connexe.
