Position: In-Person High School Math Tutor Needed for After-School Program
Are you dedicated to helping students excel in math? We are seeking a part-time tutor to work in-person with high school learners and enhance their math skills in a supportive setting.
This role focuses on teaching students in grades 9-12, utilizing a proprietary methodology tailored for effective learning outcomes. You'll assist students with various math topics, encouraging confidence and understanding across multiple levels simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills are key for building rapport with students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and support students up to grade 12

• Employ established instructional strategies

• Complete daily communication and lesson notes

• Maintain professionalism and approachability

• Encourage student engagement and confidence
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or appropriate certification

• Experience with high school math preferred

• Strong communication abilities in English

• Capable of balancing multiple student interactions

• Evening and Saturday availability required
