Bilingual Education Officer

This full-time role is crucial for advancing trade union initiatives  will lead training programs, coordinate efforts with regional teams, and ensure materials are effective and engaging. Your background in adult education, communication, and problem-solving will be essential for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead training program development for union staff

• Coordinate education initiatives with regional teams

• Produce educational materials and handouts

• Contribute to budget planning and monitoring

• Analyze group dynamics to enhance training outcomes
Requirements:

• Background in adult education and program delivery

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of social, political, and equity issues

• Experience with online educational technologies

• Bilingual in English and French
