Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering required, Master's in management or engineering preferred, PhD and asset
solid industry track record in professional and managerial role(s) related to technology project initiation &development required.
Experience as CTO or higher ranking role in engineering management in a technical/technological firm a strongly preferred
Experience in post-secondary teaching and/or professional development instruction preferred

An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
