:History of Health Care
The focus will be on the history of health and health care systems placed in their social, cultural and political context. Ideas, events and people are introduced and examined for their influence, interrelationships and significance. Special attention will be given to the place of the non-physician health professional in the scheme of events and on the development of multidisciplinary team approach.

Minimum requirements:
- Master’s degree in health sciences or equivalent
- University-level teaching
- Training or demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: history of modern healthcare, biotechnological and medical innovations and their contributions to modernization of healthcare, evolution of the roles of healthcare providers.
Schedule:
Tuesdays from 7:00:00 PM to 9:50:00 PM
