Intermediate Career Employment Specialist

Enhance student employability as an Intermediate Career Employment Specialist us on designing impactful career programs for business students in a bilingual environment.

Reporting to the Director of Student Services at the Telfer School of Management, you'll develop competency-based career development initiatives for BCom and MBA students. A blend of instructional design, project management, and collaboration skills will be essential for optimizing the efficacy of career programs over three years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creation of competency-based career programming

• Facilitate experiential learning activities for students

• Monitor and analyze program effectiveness

• Foster collaborations with internal and external stakeholders

• Support alignment with institutional goals

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in relevant field

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Skills in instructional design and program management

• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
