Position: Tactical Coordinator Instructor at CAE

In this newly created position, you will provide subject matter expertise and deliver training for the CQ-9B Tactical Coordinator course. Your focus will be on theory, live flying, and simulator phases while ensuring high standards and objectives are met. Join a dedicated team committed to shaping aircrew excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the CQ-9B Tactical Coordinator course effectively

• Provide SME support to pilot and Sensor Operator courses

• Develop courseware and instructional aids for trainees

• Compile and analyze student performance reports

• Conduct occasional travel to support training sessions

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a TACCO instructor, preferably on CP-140

• Formal training in Instructional Techniques

• Anti-surface Unit Warfare experience required

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Eligibility to obtain NATO SECRET security clearance
