In this role, the professor will teach a graduate level course focused on the execution, transfer, and extinction of obligations. The course covers the voluntary and forced execution of obligations, the modalities of obligation, as well as transmission, mutations, and extinction of obligations.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Deliver instruction on voluntary and forced execution of obligations.
- Teach the modalities of obligation, including legal frameworks and practical applications.
- Explain and analyze the processes of transmission, mutations, and extinction of obligations.
Meeting times:
Tuesday 8:30–11:30am (each week).
Weekly work hours: 39.
Hourly rate: $239.47 (2024‑2025 academic year). Rates do not include vacation pay or statutory pay.
QualificationsAn acceptable level of education and/or experience equivalent to the required educational standard will be considered.
