The OCSB is seeking a permanent part-time educator to inspire and guide students in various subjects. This role will leverage your teaching credentials while nurturing creativity and learning in a culturally respectful environment. Candidates must be in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers and have completed required training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Grade 8 Language and Grade 7-8 Art lessons

• Instruct Music and Drama classes with enthusiasm

• Facilitate Religion education respecting diverse backgrounds

• Implement innovative teaching strategies for student engagement

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario College of Teachers certification

• Completion of Sexual Abuse Prevention Training

• Ability to provide Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check

• Strong commitment to equity and diversity in education

• Excellent communication and instructional skills
