Position: OPAIP Program Coordinator at Carleton University
Join Carleton University as the OPAIP Program Coordinator focused on student outreach and retention. This term assignment centers on program design, implementation, and stakeholder collaboration.
In this role, you will spearhead initiatives under the Ontario Postsecondary Access and Inclusion Program (OPAIP) to ensure prospective students receive essential support during their transition.

You'll work with various departments and external partners to create and assess impactful programs that enhance student experiences. Your organizational skills will be critical in managing multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee outreach and support initiatives for eligible candidates

• Design effective programs aligned with university goals

• Collaborate with both internal and external partners

• Conduct program evaluations using relevant technology

• Provide administrative assistance across departments
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

• Two years of administrative experience required

• Knowledge of office administration and client service

• Experience in coordinating large-scale educational events

• Understanding of cultural competence and engagement practices
