We are looking for a personable and talented Email Specialist to join our fast paced and steadily growing team. In this role, you will lead strategic and operational efforts to provide our clients with tangible results. You'll work closely with our digital marketing team, engage with clients, and interact with Web Marketers management, playing a pivotal role in shaping the success of our campaigns. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experienced in planning, building and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions and revenue
  • Proficient with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Hub Spot or similar ESPs
  • Able to create effective email automations and customer journeys including welcome series, abandoned cart flows, lead nurture sequences and re‑engagement campaigns
  • Able to write persuasive email copy and subject lines that align with the target audience and encourage opens, clicks and conversions
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization and list management to deliver relevant messaging to the right audience
  • Knowledgeable in A/B testing for subject lines, content, send times and calls to action to continuously improve results
  • Familiar with email design best practices, mobile responsiveness and collaborating with designers to produce high‑performing creative assets
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices including sender reputation, spam compliance and inbox placement
  • Experience integrating email campaigns with landing pages, forms, CRM systems and broader digital marketing strategies
  • Able to interact with clients and relay campaign insights, recommendations and results in an effective manner
  • Able to work effectively independently and in a team to deliver results
