Creative Instructional Designer at Commissionaires

In this role, you will create engaging educational materials, assess needs, and develop clear learning objectives. You will collaborate with experts to align training initiatives with organizational goals. By creating multimedia scripts and interactive modules, you will drive effective learning outcomes, while continuously refining content based on feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create engaging learning content across formats

• Assess training needs and define clear objectives

• Produce accessible materials, including job aids and storyboards

• Develop eLearning modules using Articulate Rise/Storyline

• Evaluate learning outcomes through data and user feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design

• Proficient in multimedia design and strong writing skills

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and DeepL

• Knowledge of SCORM and xAPI

• Bilingualism is considered an asset
