Under the supervision of the Principal and classroom teachers, the ELL Instructor will focus on helping students develop their English language capabilities. This role involves classroom management, implementing assessments, and individualized educational plans. Previous experience in ESL instruction is preferred, along with a two-year college diploma in child studies or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students’ English language acquisition effectively

• Collaborate with educators on learning assessments

• Assist with classroom management and individualized plans

• Maintain student confidentiality and records

• Advocate for cultural diversity within the classrooms

Requirements:

• Two-year diploma in child studies or related field

• Previous ESL instruction experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sensitivity to diverse backgrounds of ELL students

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
