As an intermediate specialist, your contributions will be vital in advising students, validating course selections, and implementing retention strategies. You will engage with students facing academic challenges and collaborate with multiple departments to drive success. Your experience will ensure data integrity and effective communication within the university community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with students to assess their academic needs
• Monitor student progress and implement corrective measures
• Track files for admissions and eligibility determinations
• Review academic evaluations and support at-risk students
• Facilitate communication with external partners and departments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in educational settings or advising
• In-depth knowledge of academic policies and programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
