Position: Full-Time Instructional Designer at Algonquin College
Enhance eLearning at Algonquin College as a Full-Time Instructional Designer. This role focuses on designing engaging learning activities using innovative technology for educational content.

The Instructional Designer will support the R3 Change Management project by developing instructional materials that aid the integration of business processes and data concepts. Collaborating closely with the Manager of eLearning and Development, as well as Subject Matter Experts, you will ensure that the design reflects modern educational practices. This position requires a commitment to high-quality educational outcomes through effective teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design learning activities for new business processes and systems

• Collaborate with SMEs and eLearning professionals for streamlined development

• Integrate and deliver content into eLearning platforms

• Ensure activities align with current educational technology practices

Requirements:

• Minimum four-year degree in Educational Technology or similar

• At least three years of instructional design experience

• Knowledge of Adobe Captivate and eLearning tools

• Experience teaching software to others preferred
