The Northwest Catholic District School Board is hiring a Teacher for a short-term tutoring position designed to enhance learning for primary/junior students. Applicants must hold appropriate qualifications from the Ontario College of Teachers, including Primary/Junior and Religious Education Part 1 certifications. A solid commitment to a demonstrated faith life is required to foster a supportive educational atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized tutoring in various subjects
• Foster a nurturing religious education atmosphere
• Adhere to the current collective agreement regulations
• Communicate effectively with students and their families
• Engage in school meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
• Current Ontario College of Teachers registration
• Primary/Junior and Religious Education Part 1 certifications
• Strong commitment to faith and Catholic education
• Availability to work specified hours
• Strong communication skills to facilitate learning
