With an extensive enrollment of over 300 students, you will collaborate with a skilled Montessori Lead Teacher and Assistants. Candidates should be registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators and bring a strong commitment to teamwork and a basic understanding of Montessori principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate learning for children aged 18 months to 5 years

• Work alongside the Lead Teacher and classroom assistants

• Promote the Montessori method within educational practices

• Create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere

• Foster a spirit of teamwork and collaboration

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• Experience working with young children

• Familiarity with Montessori philosophy preferred

• Ability to connect positively with students

• Strong commitment to early childhood education
