Join the University of Ottawa as a part-time lecturer for The Entrepreneurial Society in Fall 2026. This course covers key topics in entrepreneurship and business ideation.
The Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa is hiring a part-time professor to instruct students in entrepreneurial practices. Candidates must hold an MBA or a Master's degree, with a PhD preferred, alongside substantial recent industry experience relevant to the curriculum. Teaching experience is required to facilitate effective learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate students on the entrepreneurial process
• Explore intrapreneurship and social entrepreneurship
• Discuss strategies for entrepreneurial failure and success
• Lead classes on ideation and business planning techniques
• Engage with students and manage teaching responsibilities
Requirements:
• MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred)
• Relevant professional experience in the field of entrepreneurship
