Supervisor, Children's and Youth Programs

Ensure quality programming for children and youth as a supervisor dedicated to inclusion and safety. This role involves program leadership and strategic oversight, with a focus on community needs.

The Children & Youth Program Supervisor is responsible for operational and clinical leadership, developing programs that respond to community interests and compliance standards. Key duties include staff mentorship, program evaluation, and financial oversight as you guide teams in delivering effective services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and adapt programs to meet community participation trends

• Oversee staff performance evaluations and training initiatives

• Monitor program budgets and resource allocation

• Address family inquiries and maintain community partnerships

• Manage administrative aspects including registration and evaluations

Requirements:

• Preferred graduate degree in behavior analysis or related field

• Significant experience in leadership and oversight of programs

• Strong financial and operational management abilities

• Proven ability to ensure safety in youth programs

• Must work a flexible schedule from September to August
