Position: Long Term Occasional Teacher at OCSB
OCSB is seeking a Long Term Occasional teacher to cover for a teacher on leave. Engage with students in a supportive, faith-based environment at the Ottawa Catholic School Board.

As a Long Term Occasional teacher with OCSB, you will provide coverage at one of our schools, contributing to our mission of nurturing the academic and personal growth of over 50,000 students. Ideal candidates will have strong teaching qualifications and commitment to Catholic values. Applicants must hold good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers and have completed Sexual Abuse Prevention Training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective teaching to students during the assignment

• Collaborate with staff to enhance student learning

• Deliver curriculum based on OCSB guidelines

• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

• Participate in school activities and community engagement

Requirements:

• Must be in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers

• Completion of Sexual Abuse Prevention Training

• Commitment to OCSB values and student growth

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Relevant teaching experience is preferred
