In this position, you will assess student needs and monitor progress while executing vital administrative duties. Your expertise in academic programs will enable you to identify at-risk students and support their development effectively. You'll promote opportunities such as scholarships and collaborate with other departments to create a seamless educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs assessments for students and provide tailored advice
• Analyze and track admission files for eligibility
• Review and validate course selection and registration requests
• Identify and support students experiencing academic difficulties
• Facilitate the promotion of scholarships and awards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related discipline
• Experience in academic advising and student services
• Strong understanding of academic regulations and requirements
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
