TEMPORARY EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT PERSONNEL

SCHOOL: Walter Zadow Public School, Arnprior

FTE: 100% (35 hours per week)

TERM: September 2, 2026 to June 28, 2027 (or return of incumbent)

• Toileting
• Diapering
• Feeding
• Lifting
• Transferring
• Positioning
• Providing assistance with mobility

A minimum two year community college diploma in the social services field (e.g., DSW, CYW, SSW), or an equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable to the Board. (Transcripts may be requested to support relevant course detail).

Applicants must have a proven ability and willingness to perform the essential duties of an Educational Support Personnel.

• Autism Spectrum Disorder Training
• Behaviour Management Systems (BMS)
• Lifting training
• WHMIS certification
• Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS)
• Prior experience using computer supports and adaptive/assistive technology is an asset
