Position: Intermediate Liaison for Student Recruitment
Shape the future of students at the University of Ottawa as an Intermediate Liaison for Student Recruitment. Engage with prospective students across Canada and the U.S. to meet enrollment goals.
In this role, you’ll develop and execute recruitment strategies, connecting with high-school and CEGEP counsellors to promote university programs. You are responsible for organizing events, creating recruitment materials, and providing expert guidance to inquiries, ensuring all communication aligns with student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies

• Counsel prospective students about programs and scholarships

• Present to large audiences in various formats

• Maintain strong ties with school guidance personnel

• Organize evaluation of recruitment events for success
Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or similar experience

• 3+ years in relevant public-facing roles

• Valid driver’s license for university-related travel

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English

• Experience in creating promotional materials
