Position: LTO Educator for Grade 1 Students
Location: Petawawa

Join the Renfrew County Catholic District School Board as an LTO Educator specifically for Grade 1, enriching students in a faith-based learning environment.

In this role, you will deliver curriculum in line with Ontario's educational standards, design inclusive lessons, and foster a supportive classroom. You’ll be instrumental in creating a culture of equity and belonging as you engage with students and collaborate with staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and deliver Ontario curriculum expectations

• Create inclusive, differentiated learning experiences

• Promote classroom culture that encourages student voices

• Use assessment strategies to guide instruction and evaluation

• Build respectful relationships within the school community

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education degree required

• Current Ontario College of Teachers certification

• Expertise in current inclusive education practices

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Commitment to professional development and reflective practices
