Position: OCSB Grade 2 Long Term Occasional Teacher

2. This role is crucial for supporting students during a teacher's absence.

The position is located in one of our schools and requires applicants to hold a valid Ontario College of Teachers credential. You will promote enriched learning experiences grounded in Catholic principles while ensuring the academic success of your students through innovative teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and adapt Grade 2 lesson plans

• Assess and track student learning outcomes

• Engage with parents about student progress

• Collaborate with fellow teachers for curriculum development

• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom setting

Requirements:

• Valid membership with the Ontario College of Teachers

• Successful completion of Sexual Abuse Prevention Training

• Proven ability to engage diverse learners

• Commitment to inclusivity and understanding of various perspectives

• Availability for the full duration of the assignment
