Contribute to the academic success of students as a Teaching Assistant for the ADM
2704 course at the University of Ottawa. Work closely with students in labs, grading assignments, and monitoring exams throughout the Fall 2026 semester.
Two Teaching Assistant positions are available from September 1 to December 31, 2026. This role requires a solid understanding of statistical methods in management, as well as effective communication skills in French. You will also need to manage a diverse workload that includes 20 hours of student contact, 26 hours of grading, and 7 hours of exam supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead laboratory sessions and assist students during lectures
• Grade assignments and provide clear feedback
• Monitor examinations and uphold academic integrity
• Maintain strict deadlines while managing workload
• Utilize MS Excel and other analytical tools effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum M.P.C. of 7.0
• Successful completion of courses 2703 and 2704 with A- or above
• Excellent written and oral French skills
• Familiar with Brightspace for course management
• Available in Ottawa for course duration
