Registered Early Childhood Educator; Toddler

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our team. The RECE will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, documenting developmental milestones and concerns.
• Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress, behavior, and needs.
• Collaborate with team members to develop individualized education plans and ensure consistency in care.
• Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and health & safety standards.
• Support children with daily routines such as feeding, toileting, and rest periods.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

• Prior experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
• Certification as a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) or equivalent credential is required.
• Knowledge of child development principles, curriculum planning, and behavior management strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Ability to adapt to diverse needs of children and demonstrate patience and empathy.
• Experience with documenting observations and maintaining detailed records is advantageous.
